When a person calls, emails or books a demonstration, DCME may receive contact, business, technical and service-requirement information supplied by that person. Standard hosting logs may also record technical request information.

How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, demonstrate or support products, prepare proposals, assess compatibility, protect systems, meet legal obligations and improve service.

Disclosure and service providers
Information may be handled by authorised staff and by hosting, email, communication, payment, accounting or professional providers required to deliver the requested service. DCME does not publish customer business data through this public site.
